Please note: International shipments may be subject to customs inspections and/or charges. We are also unable to cover the cost of international returns. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of your order. They should be used as a guide only. Due to customs clearance procedures in countries outside of the UK, delivery can take longer than expected. We will endeavour to keep you as updated as possible. 

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

 Full Priced Items

You may return your items for a full refund given you meet our returns policy conditions within 14 days from the date you received your items. We reserve the right to deny any returns that are made after this period. Items that are eligible for return must be unworn, unwashed, unmarked, unaltered and undamaged garments. All original tags MUST be attached to the garment.

We ask that you take care when trying on your garments as any garments returned to us with makeup or any other markings/stains/smells will not be accepted. This also includes garments that have had their tags removed or altered in any way.

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed  we cannot alter, add or remove anything to/from your order. We do not provide return shipping labels unless the product is faulty or damaged upon delivery. We are not responsible for any returns that are not approved via email. 

If you return an item that qualified for free shipping in your initial order, we will refund your item to you minus the cost of shipping of your initial order. We do suggest using a trackable service as we are not held liable for parcels that are lost en route back to us. A confirmation email will be sent to you to confirm your refund. 

Currently we do not accept returns from international customers. 

Sale,  Discounted and  Pre-order Item Returns

We are unable to offer returns on sale, discounted and pre-order products. 

 

Faulty Returns 

A refund will be issued on items that have a distinct, irreparable/irreplaceable manufacturing fault upon delivery. Please be advised that all garments are carefully inspected prior to dispatch and are sent in a brand new condition. If you suspect a fault, you are required to contact customer care immediately within 2 days of receiving your order to address the nature of the fault. We will be more than happy to rectify this for you. If we are unable to repair or replace your faulty item, you will be refunded for the total of your purchase amount.

Important Information

You have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of our goods while they are in your possession and during transit.

Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Returns not meeting the criteria will be returned to the sender, and you could be invoiced the delivery fee. 

We cannot accept liability for goods that get lost or damaged when they are returned, and we request that you use a tracked service.

We reserve the right to deduct 10% of the refund amount to cover any cleaning or re-processing charges for returns not in compliance with the points set out here.

Damages and other issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately – within 2 days,  if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The most efficient way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
